On February 28, 2022, CTS Corporation (NYSE: CTS) completed the acquisition of TEWA Temperature Sensors, a privately held temperature sensor provider headquartered in Lublin, Poland.  TEWA will join CTS’s growing temperature sensing platform and shares CTS’s  focus on providing highly stable and reliable ceramic technology.  The combination strengthens the global reach and technical depth of both entities.
